From ancient times female were
limited to household work but this time scenario has been changed. The gap
between male unemployment and female unemployment is reducing day by day. The
Middle East has made huge amount of progress by enrolling girls into primary
and secondary schools as well as university. It has been seen that more jobs
have been offered to female gender of the country.
Moreover, the rising female
unemployment can simply define that the rising female work place as more and
more women wants to work. The unemployment for women is 4 times more than male.
They are challenging men at every stage of life. Women cannot do the job like
construction and manual labor so economy is providing suitable job to them.
This the actual reason for promoting female
entrepreneurship in the Middle East. It is even seen that women runs firms
much better than men.
Youth is the greatest power of
the world so its improvement is the most necessary task. The rate of
unemployment of men and women worried the government to think something better
about it. So slowly the situation is being changed and various measures been
taken on Youth Empowerment in the Middle East by the government of the Middle
East. Such a drastic step will reduce the gap between men and women. They could
have better living as illiteracy and unemployment rate will reach the lowest
level.
